Frequently Asked Questions
How do I frame one of your 5.5"x19" prints?
Simply click here:
https://quadroframes.shop/en-gb/product/Custom-Frames/Custom_Clipframes/Clipframe-custom-frame-PETC
Are these boards rideable?
Yes, however it would be like riding with a giant sticker on the bottom of your board. So doing any slides at all is not recommended (nose, tail, ect.) beacuse it would ripple up in a very undesireable way. But any sort of ollie based tricks will be fine because you'd just be slowly wearing away the edge of the nose and tail.
Can you draw my favorite musician on a skateboard?
I have a list of musicians that I plan to draw. You can certainly email me your favorite and I'll get it on the list. But be VERY patient, I have arthritis in my drawing hand, so I can't make any promises.
However, I sometimes do custom boards digitally. They arent pencil drawn but but they still come out really cool in the end. I can include just about anything you'd like on there. The price is $300 shipped. Contact me about availability.
Do you do personal or commissioned portrait drawings?
Yes, it's $3000 for a portrait drawing. The finished size is 8" tall. I work with graphite pencils on acid free bristol board paper. I spray the finished drawing with a matte fixative to prevent smearing and fading. A simple frame is included in that price to protect the drawing during shipping.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
All orders usually ship out within 24 hours. However, If I am at an art show it take a little longer. You can see when I'm at an art show on the "art festival" page of my website.
I'm traveling to New Orleans, Can I see your work in person?
Yes. You can purchase my art at these locations:
Jimmy J's Cafe, 115 Chartres Street, (French Quarter)
Spoke & Barrel, 639 Girod St, Mandeville, LA 70448
Chafunkta Brewery, 69123 Skybrook Rd, Mandeville 70471

Is Jeffrey St. Romain’s skateboard art digitally created?
Jeffrey’s skateboard art is not primarily digitally created. Many of his designs begin as meticulously created pencil drawings on paper, with some drawings taking up to 100 hours to complete. Digital work is then combined with many of the original drawings to complete the finished design.
How does Jeffrey St. Romain create his limited edition skateboard art?
Jeffrey’s limited edition skateboard artwork begins with a highly detailed pencil or pen drawing created by hand on paper. The drawing is then combined with digital color before being printed onto high-performance decal material and carefully applied to the skateboard deck by hand. A high-performance satin laminate is added to finish the piece.
Why does Jeffrey St. Romain use skateboards as a canvas?
Jeffrey has been creating skateboard art for 20 years. He started as a rideable skateboard company, but people loved the artwork featured on the boards so much that they began buying them specifically to hang up as art.
What makes Jeffrey St. Romain’s mixed media artwork unique?
Jeffrey’s mixed media creations showcase his developing woodworking techniques alongside sculpture. His original assemblage pieces use different materials and artistic elements to create one-of-a-kind wall sculptures.
What type of music art does Jeffrey St. Romain create?
